At Qala, Most of our garments are made to order including customisable dye option,specially handcrafted for you. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Made-to-Order Garments: Once an order is placed for made-to-order garments, including those with custom dye, we do not offer any exchanges or returns, as these items are tailored according to customer’s specifications and cannot be re-sold. However, we are happy to assist with any necessary alterations.

Ready-to-Ship Garments: For items that are ready to ship, we do accept exchanges. Please ensure that these items are returned in their original condition.
